Get your Physical Exam Appointment
Football players and other students will need a physical exam to participate next year in athletics, marching band, High Steppers or Cheerleading. Our Lake Dallas team physicians, physical therapists and licensed nurses will provide comprehensive physicals this Saturday, April 30, 2016, for LD High School and Middle School students.
By signing up with us, you can get the physical out of the way, you’ll be in and out in under 30 minutes (last year the average time was 15 minutes per physical) AND the cost benefits our athletic training student aides who work football practices and games throughout the season. It’s a win-win!
Pay by this Wednesday, April 27, 2016, to guarantee an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but there may be a wait time. Payments can be made before and after school in the training room or during all 3 lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. The cost of the physical is $15 per athlete (cash or check made out to Lake Dallas Athletic Training).
