Format
Florida Scramble. The tournament is limited to the first 144 players or 36 paid teams. Individual players are assigned to a team in a scramble format.

- Individual Registration – $125 per person
Team Foursome
- Team Registration – $500 per team (4 players); $450 if register by July 15, 2016
Celebrity Foursome — Add a Lake Dallas High School Football Coach to your team!
- Celebrity Foursome Registration – $500 per team (3 players and 1 coach)
