Dear Parents,
In an effort to protect our younger student-athletes, we have decided to delay our Future Falcon Football Camp, which is open to kindergartners to sixth-graders, until the spring of 2021. This was a very difficult decision for our staff to make, but given the spike of COVID-19 cases in Texas recently, we believe this is the best way for us to protect students and staff.
We will, however, host our Older Falcon Camp for incoming seventh- through ninth-graders on July 28, 29, and 30, which will last from 9 to 11 a.m. daily. The majority of these student-athletes have been with us this summer and are well aware of the procedures we have in place in an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19.
Our procedures, which adhere to UIL guidelines, will stay in place for the duration of the camp. All students will be required to wear face coverings when not actively exercising, students will remain 6 feet apart from one another at all possible times, students will provide their own water bottles, and sanitation of any and all equipment will happen after each student group uses the equipment.
