Calling ALL Lake Dallas Students!
Are you needing a Physical Exam for next year to participate in athletics, marching band, High Steppers or Cheerleading? If so, then Lake Dallas High School can help you out.
On Saturday, May 16, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at a cost of $15 per student, physical exams will be administered. All required paperwork will be completed on this day so there will be no worrying about your physical being good in the coming year or about health insurance constraints.
The pre-sale of tickets for assigned times will begin on April 27, 2015, at both Lake Dallas High School and Lake Dallas Middle School. This will allow the team doctor to have an idea of how many students to expect on that day. For some programs the requirements have change and a new physical is now required every year for all 7th through 12th grade years.
So don’t wait until the last moment to get into the doctor to get your physical for next year. Get your time reserved and join us on May 16, 2015 and be ahead of the game!
