The Lake Dallas Quarterback Club, a nonprofit parent organization, supports the Lake Dallas Football Program from Middle School through High School. We ask that you support, as we do, the Lake Dallas ISD Bond Proposal.
The Falcon Football Program stands to benefit from several items included in the bond proposal. Most importantly would be the construction of a NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL FIELD HOUSE!!! The current Field House was constructed several decades ago and no longer is adequate to house our ever growing population of student athletes at our Middle School.
Along with the Middle School Field House, the proposal includes construction of a Multi-Purpose indoor facility at the High School. This is vital for our high school student-athletes as currently we have no practice facility when inclement weather occurs during our practice time. Our football coaches have to coordinate with our indoor sport coaches to share gym space during these time. As you can imagine, this makes for a very chaotic practice format for both our football team as well as our indoor sports teams.
We want to reiterate that property taxes are not set to increase with the proposed bond issue.
